Ray McMurdy, Owner & VA Licensed/NRS Certified/ASHI Certified Home Inspector
Ray is a Virginia Licensed/NRS Certified/ASHI Certified Home Inspector and has served in many board positions of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), including the Past President for Central Virginia American Society of Home Inspectors (CVASHI) and serves on the current board of VAREI. As the Inspector/Owner, he will ensure that your home inspection is thorough and conducted according to the Standards of Practice to which we inspect. He will answer any questions you have about the home and about the home inspection report.
Jenn McMurdy, Owner
Jenn manages the office and all of the “behind the scenes” stuff that goes into providing the personalized one on one service that we pride ourselves into providing to our clients.
Ken Wolfe, VA Licensed/NRS Certified/ASHI Certified Home Inspector
Ken is a VA Licensed/NRS Certified/ASHI Certified Home Inspector. He has over twenty-five years experience in the construction industry, in both residential and commercial construction. Ken resides in the Short Pump area with his wife, Yvette and two children, Ian and Ellie, along with their labradoodle, Coco. In his spare time, Ken enjoys sailing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Ashley Bryant, Client Care Coordinator
Ashley is our Client Care Coordinator, originally from Newport News she resides in Henrico with her husband, 5 children, and dog Maci. She comes to us with over 10 years experience in management in the construction industry. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, fishing, and traveling.
We are also available for home inspection classes and seminars on many different topics. If you would like us to come speak at your upcoming meeting, seminar or event, please call our office! We have given many presentations and can come speak to groups, including Realtors, Home Owner’s Associations, Church Groups and many other organizations. We have also done many Buyer’s Seminars with some of our area’s Top Producers.
